Welcome to England Class!
Hello, I'm Mrs Turner, one of the teachers in England class.
Teaching Reception is something I truly love. It is such a special time in a child's education, and I feel very lucky to be part of those important first experiences of school.
Together, Mrs Conie and I enjoy organising our classroom and creating exciting spaces where children can learn and explore. We work hard to make sure our classroom is a welcoming environment where every child can thrive.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two children. We love visiting the park, sharing stories and baking together. I am also a big fan of sport and enjoy both playing and watching them, particularly netball. I am looking forward to sharing some of these interests with the children during the year.
My name is Mrs Conie and I am one of the class teachers in England class. I am also a Mum to three girls and enjoy family day trips and being by the sea.
Starting reception is a huge and exciting milestone and I am so thrilled to welcome you and your families to our class and be part of your new school journey.
During the week I work closely alongside Mrs Turner, my partner teacher and Mrs Wearing our teaching assistant. We are dedicated to creating a safe, happy and nurturing space where your child can learn, play and grow. We work closely together to make sure learning is engaging and that your child has opportunities to explore the world around them and become curious learners, as well as embedding the foundational skills.
I am so excited to get to know you and your child/ren and work with you to give each child the very best start in their learning journey as well as making many amazing and special memories along the way.
